Muscadet producer in the Nantes vineyards

Christophe and Maxime Chéneau are vines’ owners for 9 generations. Today the Chéneau’s vineyard covers 160 acres (70 ha) in the South of French Brittany, near Nantes.

Our main activity is to produce Muscadet. Ten years ago, we started developing other grape-varieties such as Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Gamay Rosé. We created the Breton White Wine « Breizh Gwin Gwenn » with the Breton flag on the label and the Breizh’Cadet.

The wine vineyards Chéneau

The wines from the harvest are vinified with a slow fermentation at low temperature conferring concentrated flavours and aromas. These wines will be matured for a minimum of 6 months on fine lees.

Regularly, our wines are rewarded by regional or national competitions. Our wines will please you with their freshness, their lightness, their natural and their subtle and harmonious aromas.
